Ross Aiken called the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills to order at 7:52 P. M. in the Council Chambers of <br />the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, with the following <br />members answering roll call: Present: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle, <br />Helgesson and Mayor Aiken. Absent: None. <br />PLANNING COMMISSION REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner Priscilla R. Weisbart <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: December 15, 1969 <br />Councilman Fowle moved, seconded by Helgesson and carried unanimously, that <br />the Minutes of December 15, 1969 be approved as submitted. <br />4W Staff reviewed the following: <br />1. State Division of Highways, dated December 1, 1969, responding that they <br />will not roughen the surface of Interstate 280 through Los Altos Hills. <br />2. The Planning Commission had determined no official reaction was desired <br />by the Stanford Conservation Group re housing on Stanford Lands. <br />3. Mr. and Mrs. Jack W. Forbes, 12866 La Cresta Drive, dated December 23, <br />1969, explaining status of their 54' radio antenna and tower. <br />City Manager stated the Planning Commission was reviewing antenna regulations, <br />including a study of cable TV. <br />4. Mrs. I. M. Hoff, 12130 Foothill Lane, dated December 26, 1969, urging <br />stronger dog control regulations. <br />Council concurred this communication should be considered by the Citizens <br />Committee which will be appointed to study this matter. <br />5. Fred C. Schneider, 12922 Tripoli Court, dated December 17, 1969, submittin <br />claim for $36.80 for automobile damage incurred December 7, 1969 on Altamont <br />Road. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Benson moved, seconded by Helgesson <br />and carried unanimously, that the claim of Fred C. Schneider be denied and <br />referred to the Town's insurance carrier. <br />
