UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 8• <br />REPORT CONSIDERING PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO SITE DEVELOPMENT ORDINANCE. ]B <br />Staff report vras presented, recommending the Site Development Ordinance be <br />to amended to permit issuance of site development permits by the City Engineer <br />instead of being reviewed by the Site Development Committee (consisting of <br />the Planning Commission Chairman, City Manager and City Engineer) as <br />presently required. <br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Benson and carried unanimously, that the Council direct the City Attorney <br />to prepare an amendment to Ordinance No. 133 to permit issuance of site <br />development permits by the City Engineer. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 9: <br />CONSIDERATION AND POSSIBLE APPOINTMENT OF PLANNING COMMISSIONER. <br />Council concurred that this matter should be deferred until a full Council <br />is present. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEM NO. 10: <br />STAFF REPORTS: CITY ATTORNEY: <br />City Attorney noted the following: <br />1) The decision on lawsuit in Sewer Assessment District No. 2 has been <br />delayed pending submission of briefs by Mr. Corbetta's attorney. <br />2) Presented progress report on easement acquisitions in Sewer Assessment <br />District No. 3 and presented a new resolution limiting easement acquisition <br />to those still not negotiated. <br />3) No specific progress has occurred re extra -territorial jurisdiction <br />for the Summerhill Area. City Attorney stated that technical questions <br />concerning application of the Torn sewer policy have arise:: but nothing <br />insurmountable. <br />RESOLUTIONS: <br />G <br />1. Resolution approving the route of Junipero Serra Freeway in San Mateo 85,/ <br />County. <br />Councilman Davey recommended support for the Hall-Goodhugh compromise route <br />as the best conservation approach. Council discussion ensued concerning <br />alternative routes between Woodside and San Francisco, with Floor participa- <br />tion by Mr. D. Miller, 113076 Vista del Valle Court. <br />Council concurred that no action should be taken by the Town since a <br />detailed study of the situation had not taken place. <br />2. Resolution No. 469. amending Town sewer policy. TO <br />City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety, Resolution No. 469, a <br />resolution of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, amending <br />Resolution No. 458 regarding sewer policy. <br />4 MOTION, SECONDED AMID CARRIED: Councilman Helgesson moved, seconded by <br />Benson, that Resolution No. 469 be adopted as read, was carried unanimously <br />by roll call vote. Ayes: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Hejgesson, Mayor Aiken. <br />Noes: None. Absent: Councilman Fowle. <br />-6- <br />
