<br />PRESENTATIONS FROM THE FLOOR:
<br />1. Regarding emergency ordinances No. 147 and 148 (unlicensed vehicles and
<br />unlicensed drivers and prohibiting operation of vehicles on private property
<br />fW without consent of the owner thereof), the following residents protested their
<br />enactment, the emergency nature, the restrictions on private property, and
<br />requested the reformation of the Citizen's Committee to include residents
<br />not opposed to mini -bikes, etc.: M. R. Johnson, 26443 Weston Road, Richard
<br />Towle, 26493 Weston Road, Bill Stoddard, 26405 Weston Road.
<br />Council discussion ensued concerning reasons for enactment of restrictive
<br />ordinances and enforcement problems.
<br />Council concurred with the suggestion of Mr. Johnson to reform the Committee,
<br />on which he volunteered to serve, and that the committee be charged to review
<br />the implications of the emergency ordinances Nos. 149 and 148 and review such
<br />new evidence as is present.,

<br />1. Resolution No. 44 Amending General Plan re slope density

<br />City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety, Resolution No. Ajit, a Resolutior
<br />of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, amending the General Plan
<br />by adding thereto provisions regarding slope density.
<br />ORDINANCES:
<br />1. First Reading - Ordinance No. 145, adopting County Rabies Control Regulations. pi
<br />City Attorney recommended that the Public Hearing *.e continued if the Council
<br />desired to include a statement limiting the stray animal provision of the County
<br />Ordinance to a rabies epidemic, as presently incorporated in the Town's
<br />Ordinance No. 71.
<br />Council concurred to continue the Public Hearing to the next meeting.

<br />City Attorney read title of Ordinance No. 146, an ordinance of the Town of Los
<br />Altos Hills amending Ordinance No. 136 relating to Sanitary Disposal of Sewage.
<br />MOTION, SECONDED AND CARRIED: Councilman Davey moved, seconded by Benson, that
<br />further reading of Ordinance No. 146 be waived, was carried unanimously by
<br />roll call vote: Ayes: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle, Helgesson, Mayor Aiken.
