CITY COUNCIL
T047N OF LOS ALTOS HILLS
MINUTES OF A REGULAR ADJOURNED MEETING
September 27, 1965
The Regular Adjourned Meeting of the City Council of the Town of
Los Altos Hills was called to order by Mayor Albert T. Henley,
Monday, September 27, 1965 at 7:35 P. M. at the Town Hall,
26379 Fremont. Road, Los Altos Hills, California.
ROLL CAI:L: PRESENT: Councilmen Bowler, Clayton, Fowle,
Mayor Henley
Councilman Aiken arrived at 7:37 F. M.
ABSENT: None
DIVISIONS OF LAND: Final Maps.
1 Corbetta Subdivision, Unit #2, Tract No. 4074 - Engr. Clifford.
City Manager reported he was in receipt of all fees, with the
. exception of the bond; however, a binder from the bonding
company has been received, with the assurance the bond would
be in this Office within twenty-four hours. -
ACTION:
That the Final Map of Corbetta Subdivision, Unit #2,
Tract No. 4074, be approved, but that the signing
of the Final Map be conditional upon receipt of the
bond.
MOTION: Bowler; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously.
Councilman Aiken arrived at 7:37 F. M.
Although the Minutes of September 20n were not to be approved at
this meeting, Councilman Aiken noted a relevant omission in the
Minutes during the discussion of the. Corbetta Subdivision.
The statement omitted was that Councilman Aiken was concerned
that this action .(the regular adjourned meeting to September27b)
might be construed as favoritism and set a precedent.
.Mayor Henley had no objection to correcting the Minutes at the
next regularly scheduled meeting as long as it was cloar that
Councilman Aiken's concern was not construed as favoritism by
the Council, but concern for the reaction of the people, since
any action of the .Council might be misinterpreted.
