DIVISIONS OF LAND: George Seidman_ (Cont'd.): <br />^! <br />In accordance with the Planning Commission's recommendation, <br />the following .Motion was proposed: <br />ACTION: <br />That the City Engineer be instructed to make a <br />study of Josephs Lane as a possible assessment <br />district and report to the Council as soon as <br />possible. <br />MOTION:- Fowls; SECOND: Clayton; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />2. Wheeler, Oliver. P. (310-65) 2 lots - Engr. Mastin. <br />Due to business commitments, Mr. Wheeler has requested his map <br />be withdrawn and placed on the Agenda for the February 7t <br />meeting. <br />Since there has been considerable interest from property owners <br />in this subdivision and as a serious condition exists as to road <br />patterns, the City Manager most strongly recommended that the <br />City Engineer also be instructed to make an investigation of <br />the possible establishment of a plan line, service roads, etc. in <br />the area bounded by Moody, Page Mill and Altamont Roads. <br />ACTION: <br />That the City Engineer be instructed to conduct <br />study of the road pattern in the Altamont, Central <br />Drive, Page Mill and Moody Road area and have a <br />tentative report for the Council at the February 7t <br />meeting when the Wheeler map will be considered, <br />to be followed by a more detailed report as soon <br />thereafter as possible. <br />MOTION: Fowls; SECOND: Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />3. Stephen James (297-65) 2 lots - Engr. Riley. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Tentative Map, Mark IV, of Stephen James <br />(297-65) be approved, in accordance with the <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission and <br />approving Agencies. <br />MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: Fowle; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />In response to Councilman Clayton's questioning, it was <br />determined from Engr.
