Albertsworth - Acceptance of Improvements, Tract No, 3425. <br />Resolution No. 288, a Resolution of the City Council of the <br />Town of Los Altos Hills, accepting improvements in Tract No. <br />3425, was presented and read in its entirety by the City Clerk. <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Resolution No. 288 as read. <br />MOTION: Aiken; SECOND: Henley <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: 'Aiken, Fowle, Henley, Mayor Clayton <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Bowler <br />VARIANCES: <br />1. Bernard Aarons (V-205064) - Request for Overhead Utilities. <br />City Manager read recommendations of Planning Commission and <br />letter of objection from Mr. H. R. Sherman. Location and <br />screening of existing pole was discussed., <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of Bernard Aarons (V-205-64) <br />for overhead utilities be approved. <br />MOTION: Henley; SECOND: Fowls <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Fowls, Henley, Mayor Clayton <br />NOES: Aiken <br />ABSENT: Bowler <br />:. Councilman Aiken clarified his No vote in that it was his <br />opinion the previously discussed considerations were out- <br />weighed by the letter of protest and lack of any Particular <br />reason, outside of cost. <br />BLDG. SITE APPROVAL: <br />1. Bernard _u'.arons (BS,' ­ 6 -64) 1 lot - Engr. Plehn. <br />The City Manager read letter dated October 14, 1964 and <br />recommendations of the Planning Commission. The City Attorney <br />explained that one of the purposes of Ordinance No. 99 is to <br />ensure a map equal to current engineering standards, and <br />therefore provides for the filing of a new Record of Survey. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of Bernard Aarons (BSL -6-64) <br />for Building Site Approval be approved, and <br />the applicant be required to fulfill the require- <br />ments of Ordinance No. 99 by filing a new Record <br />of Survey. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Henley; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />Dr. Aarons was informed the recorded Survey must be presented <br />to the Building Inspector before a Building Permit may be <br />issued. <br />-2- <br />
