I r. <br />DIVISIONS OF LAPID: Tentative Maps: (Cont'd.): <br />2. Hillcrest Estates Unit No. 3 (319-66) 4 lots - Engr. Hammond <br />�? Assoc. <br />Review of this map was postponed until the arrival of Mr. F. <br />Saul, developer of Matadero Hills (the adjoining subdivision <br />since he had requested a hearing in regard to the additional <br />drainage from Unit No. 3. <br />3. McCulloch Investment Co. (318-66) 8 lots - Engr. Brian.. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Tentative Map of the McCulloch Subdivision <br />(318-66), 8 lots, be a_rproved, subject to the <br />conditions imposed by the Planning Commission and <br />all approving Agencies. <br />MOTION: Clayton; SECOND: .Aiken; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />4. Montebello Heights (314-66) 14 lots - Engr. Riley. <br />In accordance with Town policy to avoid access from a heavily <br />travelled public road, this tract is served by two intract <br />roads, Cortez Lane - a private road, and Tripoli Court, a <br />public road. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Tentative Map of Iiontebello Heights <br />(314-66), 14 lots, be approved, subject to. the <br />Check List and approval of all Agencies, and <br />That the two cul-de-sacs be brought to public road <br />standards with the exception the width of pavement <br />shall be sixteen (16') feet. <br />TTOTION: Aiken; SECOND: Fowls; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />2. Hillcrest Estates Unit No. 3 (319-66) Cont'd.: <br />City Manager read letter submitted. by Mr. Frank Saul, developer <br />of 17atadero Hills, on January 10, 1966 in relation to the sub- <br />mittal of Hillcrest Unit No. 2, and. Mr. Saul stated his concern <br />regarding the ground water and flow of affluent from Unit No. 3's <br />septic drainfields onto Matadero Tract properties. <br />&CTI ON: <br />That the Tentative. Map of Hillcrest Estates Unit <br />No. 3 (319-66) be put over for two weeks pending <br />a soils engineer report and that the Town Engineer <br />look into the matter and report to the City Council. <br />�.i MOTION: Aiken; SECOND Clayton <br />-2- <br />
