Resolution No, 358. <br />City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety Resolution <br />No. 358, a Resolution of the City Council of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills, declaring an amended Town policy with regard <br />to in lieu payments and substitute construction. <br />ACTION: <br />That Resolution No. 358 be adopted as read. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Davey <br />ROLL CALL: AYES: Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: Aiken, Bowler <br />The City Attorney brought to Council°s attention the fact that <br />Resolution No. 358 as agendaed (Lands of Treat) was not necessary <br />since acceptance of a grant deed can be accomplished as an <br />administrative act by the City Clerk and therefore he substituted <br />#358 for the Resolution above re in lieu payments. <br />Although not on the Agenda but in view of Mr. Treat's presence <br />for his item under Resolutions, the City Clerk requested the <br />Council to consider at this time a request for in lieu payment <br />\._. for path in the Treat Subdivision.
