-IVISIONS OF LAND: Tentative Maps: <br />(- 2. James, Stephen D. (257-65) - R. Ewart, Realtor. <br />Following discussion of the Planning Commission's recommenda- <br />tion and Check List, Council was of the opinion that eventual <br />public access through Pagemont Estates would be a safer alterna- <br />tive than the improvement of the entrance at Three Forks Lane <br />and Page Mill Road. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Tentative Map, Mark III, of Stephen D. James, <br />be approved, subject to the following conditions: <br />1) Presentation of a road improvement plan for <br />the road common with Pagemont Estates, said <br />plan to meet with the City Engineer's approval, <br />2) Requirements of dedication, landscaping and <br />path improvements along Page Mill Road, but <br />not including improvement of Three Forks Lane - <br />entrance, <br />3) In lieu payments, with the City Engineer's and <br />City Attorney's approval, will be acceptable <br />for any and all improvements, and <br />4) Submission of a covenant agreeable to the City <br />Attorney ensuring eventual connection to sewers. <br />MOTION: Fowle; SECOND: Davey; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />ORDINANCES: <br />1. Ordinance No. 115 - Fixing the Tax Rate. <br />City Attorney introduced and read in its entirety Ordinance <br />No. 115, an Ordinance of the City Council of the Town of Los <br />Altos Hills fixing the tax rate for the current year. Dias, of Palo Alto, letter dated July 14, 1966 inviting <br />various representatives of neighboring Cities to a meeting on <br />( August 9th for the purpose of discussing regional sewage <br />collection, treatment and disposal problems.
