ORDIPUu`ICES : <br />The City Lttornoy reported the redrafting of the subdivision <br />and zoning ordinances is progressing, awaiting solution to <br />some of the problems regarding private roads, etc. However, <br />there is an urgency in the situation regarding park dedications <br />in subdivisions of 50 lots and over and he will submit an <br />amendment to the existing subdivision ordinance at the <br />September 19t meeting. <br />VARR ANTS : <br />1. Treasurer's Quarterly Report. <br />Councilman Fowls submitted e. quarterly report from Mr. F. <br />Wickman, City Treasurer, in keeping with the new accounting <br />procedures. Since this was the first report, Council study <br />was suggested and that Mr. Rickman be present at the <br />September 19tmeeting to answer any questions. Normally the <br />quarterly report will not be an item of the Agenda. <br />Frofr-sional Planning Lssistance to the Planning Cormission. <br />Mayor Henley reported ho hadattended the Lugust 22nd Planning <br />Coramission meeting when Chairman Don T. ,`.Iibnor suggested the <br />Council consider an expenditure to assist the Commission with <br />professional help in planning. The Mayor stated the 17anning <br />Commission should have any assistance it needs, but the Council <br />must find the =wens to finance it. <br />Councilman Davey also believed this assistance would be <br />( valuable service in formulating so -e overall plan for the Town, <br />in addition to the general plan, and help with everyday <br />problems.
