UNSCHEDULED ITEMS: <br />1. Clark, Dr. Dean (BSA -30-66) 1 lot - Engr. Mulberg. <br />The City Clerk read recommendations of Planning Commission and <br />Check List. Council concurred with the City Engineer's <br />recommendations that a Parcel Map be filed in order to re - <br />subdivide the 31 lots into one parcel. The City Engineer <br />assured the Council that all conditions of the Check List must <br />be met before the Parcel Map will be signed and recorded. <br />Regarding improvements of Kingsley Avenue, it was discussed <br />that it is of no value except to Dr. Clark and could be treated <br />as his private driveway, until some other need is developed. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request of Dr. Dean Clark (SSA -30-66), <br />1 lot, be approved in accordance with the Check <br />List submitted by the Planning Commission, and <br />subject to improvements of Kingsley Avenue as <br />specified by the Town Engineer. <br />MOTION: Bowler; SCOND: Fowle <br />Dr. Clark stated that at some future time he planned to seek <br />abandonment of the northerly part of Kingsley Avenue and <br />there fore Kingsley will just be his driveway. <br />The Question was called: VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />SCHEDULED ITEMS: <br />1. Discussion of Private Roads - Deferred to conlusion of <br />Scheduled terns. <br />2. City Engineer - Sewer Report. <br />City Engineer, G. E. Cook, submitted engineering report dated <br />August 1966 concerning the feasibility of constructi and trunk <br />line sewer system within the Town of Los Altos y <br />reported on the conclusions of said report. <br />Council concurred that the report was too new to generate <br />a general discussion at this time, and the Mayor instructed <br />the City Clerk to make five copies (since there is a limited <br />supply) available to interested citizens for study at the <br />Town Hall so that at an early date a general discussion can <br />be held. <br />ACTION: <br />That the Sewer Report dated August, 1966, as <br />submitted by the Town Engineer, be accepted. <br />MOTION: Bowler; SECOND: Fowls; VOTE: Passed unanimously.- <br />-2- <br />
