CITY COUNCIL <br />TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MINUTES OF AN ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING <br />October 25, 1966 <br />The Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills was called to order Tuesday, October 25, 1966 by Mayor Albert T. <br />Henley at 7:53 P. M. at the Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, <br />California. <br />ROLL CALL: PRESENT: Councilmen Bowler, Davey, Fowle, Mayor Henley <br />ABSENT: Councilman Aiken <br />PLANNING COMMISSION <br />REPRESENTATIVE: Commissioner 'rl. F. Hinckley <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES: October 3, 1966. <br />Correction: Page 2, Unscheduled Item No. 1, Clark, <br />Dr. Dean BSA --3(J-66): ACTION, amend 'Kingsley Avenue' <br />to read "Altadena Drive". <br />ACTION: <br />Adopt Minutes of October 3, 1966 as <br />corrected. <br />MOTION: Davey; SECOND: Fowls; <br />VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />COMMUNICATIONS: None. <br />ANNOUNCEMENTS: <br />1. Regional Conservation Conference at Foothill College. <br />Councilman Davey announced the above Conference to be held Saturday, <br />October 290 at Foothill College, of which Mayor Henley is the Chairman. <br />This Conference will be concerned with vital problems, such as, <br />planning, conservation, etc. in the Bay Area and asked that the Town <br />participate by sending a representative. <br />UNSCHEDULED ITEMS: <br />1. Rhus Ridge Ranchos - Request for One Year Extension to File Final Map. <br />City Clerk read letter dated October 20, 1966 from George S. Nolte, <br />Consulting Civil Engineers for Mrs, E. Duveneck Dana and Frank B. <br />Duveneck requesting one year extension since the Town and the Santa <br />Clara County Flood Control District have not reached an agreement on the <br />Adobe Creek Improvements required for above development. <br />ACTION: <br />That the request for a one year extension to October 13, <br />1967 to file final map of Rhus Ridge Ranchos (280-64) <br />be approved. <br />MOTION: Bowler; SECOND: Davey; VOTE: Passed unanimously. <br />
