S <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 1617 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING CERTAIN POLICIES <br /> APPLICABLE TO CANDIDATES IN THE APRIL 10 , 1984 ELECTION <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos <br /> Hills is desirous of setting forth uniform policies and procedures <br /> concerning the Municipal Election to be held on April 10 , 1984 ; and <br /> WHEREAS , these procedures and policies come under the authority <br /> of said City Council , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, as follows : <br /> 1 . That each candidate be permitted to submit a Candidate 's <br /> Statement of no more than 200 words . <br /> 2 . That candidates be exempt from charges for the cost of pre- <br /> paration and mailing of said Candidate ' s Statements . <br /> 3 .
