• • • <br /> RESOLUTION NO . 1576 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN <br /> OF LOS ALTOS HILLS , STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIMES <br /> AND PLACES OF HEARINGS ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT <br /> OF CHAPTER 5 OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL <br /> CODE ENTITLED "ZONING LAW OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS" <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has caused to be prepared a certain amend- <br /> ment to the Zoning Law of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills which <br /> is more particularly described in the "Notice of Public Hearings and pre- <br /> paration of Negative Declaration," marked Exhibit "A" , attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference ; and <br /> WHEREAS, there is being prepared and filed with the City Clerk a <br /> proposed Negative Declaration following an initial study to determine <br /> whether the proposed amendment may have a significant effect on the <br /> environment; and <br /> WHEREAS , public hearings on the proposed amendment are required to <br /> be held by the Planning Commission and the City Council ; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council desires- to set the date , time and place <br /> for the respective public hearings to be conducted by the Planning Com- <br /> mission and the City Council , <br /> NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED as follows : <br /> 1 . The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills does <br /> hereby set the following as the dates and times for the respective pub- <br /> lic hearings on the proposed amendment and adoption of a proposed Nega- <br /> . tive Declaration, namely: <br /> Date Time <br /> Planning Commission August •24 , 1983 7 : 30 P.M. <br /> City Council September 7 , 1983 7 : 30 P .M. , <br /> each of which public hearings shall be held in the Council Chambers , <br /> Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills , California 94022 . <br /> 2 . The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice <br />
