4114101/ RESOLUTION NO. 1562 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN WORK RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council did this day approve and adopt plans and specifications for certain work in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, to-wit: "1983 STREET IMPROVEMENTS" and WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has obtained the prevailing rates of per diem wages and for holi- day and overtime work for public work to be performed in the City of 'the Town of Los Altos Hills from the Director of the Department of Indus- trial Relations, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows: 1. Public interest and convenience require the performance ,of such work and said City Council hereby orders. that the work and improvement, as set forth and described in said plans and specifications , be done and made. Said City Council does further order that all said work and improve- ment will be done under the direction of the City Engineer of the City of the Town of Los Altos , and all said work and all the materials used in connection therewith shall be furnished under the direction of and to the satisfaction of said City Engineer, and all said work shall be done at the locations shown upon said plans and specifications and strictly in -1-
