OF OPTION TO PURCHASE SANITARY SEWER EASEMENT IN REAL PROPERTY, ORDERING PAYMENT OF MONEY, ACCEPTING DEED AND ORDERING RECORDATION THEREOF RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, in the opinion of the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills the public interest, welfare and convenience require that it accept and exercise an Option to Purchase Sanitary Sewer Easement heretofore executed by DENNIS TING HOK SHOU and EMILY TING TSANG WING HIN, his wife, in connection with the construction of a sewer line to transport sewage from the Matadero Creek Subdivision, subject to the terms and conditions contained therein, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED as follows: 1. That the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills accept and exercise the above-described Option to Purchase Sanitary Sewer Ease- ment, subject to the terms and conditions contained therein, and the Mayor be and he hereby is directed and authorized on behalf of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills to execute the acceptance of the above-described Option to Purchase Sanitary Sewer Easement. 2 . That the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills purchase and acquire an easement for sanitary sewer easement for public purposes , and pay therefor the sum of Two Thousand Dollars ($2 ,000. 00) . 3 .
