• <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 1415 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ORDERING AN INITIATIVE ORDINANCE <br /> SUBMITTED TO THE VOTERS AT THE NEXT REGULAR MUNICIPAL <br /> ELECTION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution No. 1410 , adopted on December 16, <br /> 1981, the City Council ordered a General Municipal Election to be held <br /> in the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on Tuesday, April 13, <br /> 1982; and <br /> WHEREAS, there was presented to the City Council on January 6, <br /> 1982 an "Initiative Petition to Enact a City Ordinance" , together <br /> with the certification by the City Clerk that the Initiative Petition <br /> is signed by more than fifteen percent of the voters of the City of <br /> the Town of Los Altos Hills according to the County Clerk ' s official <br /> report of registration to the Secretary of State, effective at the <br /> time the Notice of Intent to Circulate Petition was published; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council has determined not to pass the Ordinance <br /> petitioned for without change, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows : <br /> 1. The Ordinance petitioned for in the above-described Initiative <br /> Petition be, and it hereby is ordered to be submitted, without alteration, <br /> to the voters of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills at the General <br /> Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, April 13, 1982, pursuant to <br /> Section 4020 of the Elections Code of California, which, in part, <br /> provides that when it is legally possible to hold a special election <br /> within six months prior to a regular municipal election, the City <br />
