RESOLUTION NO. 1380 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TUE._CITY OF THE 'IOWN.OF LOS ALTOS HTLTR ADOPTING THE LOS ALTOS SEWER SERVICE CHARGE FINAL REPORT AND AUTHORIZING TRANSMITTAL TO THE SANTA CLARA COUNTY ASSESSOR'S OFFICE WHEREAS, Ordinance #210, adopted June 20, 1973, amends the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code by adding provisions for placement of sewer service charges on the City tax roll; and, WHEREAS, the provisions set forth in said Ordinance outline specific require- ments, including a parcel description and sewer charge report, publication of the Notice of Public Hearing in a local newspaper and a Public Hearing; and, WHEREAS, all requirements have been fulfilled, including the Public Hearing held before the City Council on this date; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 6-4.306 and Section 6-4.307 of the Municipal Code, at the time of the Public Hearing, the Council did hear and consider all comments from the Public; and, WHEREAS, a majority of separate parcel owners did not protest the intent or contents of the Report; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Ordinance #210, the City Council did adopt the.Report as presented and make its final determination .upon all charges; and, WHEREAS, the yearly sewer service charge is set at $90.00 plus a- 1.0o County collection charge. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that: 1. The City Manager shall file the Final Report and Statement of Endorsement with the Santa Clara County Assessor; and, 2. The Santa Clara County Assessor shall enter the charges against the respective lots and parcels of' land as they appear on the current assessment roll for fiscal. year 1981-82.
