• RESOLUTION NO. 1348 <br /> RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE <br /> TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING A LOT LINE ADJUST- <br /> MENT, LANDS OF MERIDETH, SITE APPROVAL NO. 2-80 <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los <br /> Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that ' <br /> WHEREAS, there currently exists Parcel 2 , being a portion of <br /> Lot 3 of Tract No. 2375, recorded in Book 107 of Maps at Page 23, . <br /> being more particularly described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference; and Parcel 1, being a portion <br /> of that parcel of land conveyed to the State of California by Deed <br /> No.. 13973 in Volume 5238, Page 679 , Santa Clara County Records, <br /> being more particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto <br /> and incorporated herein by reference; and <br /> WHEREAS, on December 1, 1980, the City Council of the City of <br /> the Town of Los Altos Hills approved Site Approval No. 2-80 for <br /> Parcel 1 with Condition 3.C. directing that a lot line adjustment <br /> be made prior to Final Site Approval; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council nowdesiresto approve the adjustment <br /> of the lot lines between Parcels 1 and 2, which parcels are con- <br /> tiguous one to the other, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. The proposed lot line adjustment between Parcels 1 and 2 <br /> is between two existing adjacent parcels with land to be taken from <br /> Parcel 2 and added to Parcel 1 inconformance with Condition 3.C. <br /> of Site Approval No. 2-80 for Parcel 1. <br />
