111 S RESOLUTION NO. 1334 . A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH TRACT NO. . 6297 , SADDLE MOUNTAIN ESTATES WHEREAS , certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled: Tract No. 6297 SADDLE MOUNTAIN ESTATES , the improvements being more particularly set forth in the Approved Checklist , as amended, of the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council heretofore, and on the Improvement Plan for said sub- division, and consisting of sanitary sewers , storm drains , water pipeline, catch basins , fire hydrants , retention basin and streets and roads , among others; and WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos! . Hills authorized. the Mayor, on. behalf of the City Council, to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and BAS HOMES OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, a California limited partnership, as subdivider; and WHEREAS , the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected the site and that the improvements, have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the Approved Checklist, as amended, and the Sub- division Improvement Plan, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City. of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same are hereby accepted; subject, 'however , to the Subdivider: (a) Maintaining all improvements within Tract No. 6297 and . furnishing a guarantee against defective workmanship or defective materials in the improvements , respectively, for two (2)' years after final acceptance of the improvements by the City Council.
