• 411 RESOLUTION NO . 1284 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH "SAN ANTONIO RANCHO UNIT NO. 2 ," TRACT NO . 6461 WHEREAS , certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map , entitled "San Antonio Rancho Unit No . 2 , " Tract No. 6461, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of Approval" of the said sub- division, as approved by the City Council on April 19 , 1978 , and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and WHEREAS , the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and the developers ; and WHEREAS , a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on August 24 , 1978 , and an Instrument of Credit in the amount of $155 ,000 was posted with the City; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision Improve- ment Plans , except for hydroseeding Hale Creek, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same are hereby accepted; provided, however, a bond in the amount of $1 ,000 shall be posted to insure completion of hydroseeding Hale Creek prior to Winter 1980 .
