• • RESOLUTION NO. 1280 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS IN CONNECTION WITH TRACT NO . 6400 , COUNTRY WAY SUBDIVISION WHEREAS , certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "Tract No . 6400 , Country Way Subdivision, " the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Conditions of Approval" of the said subdivision, as approved by the City Council on March 15 , 1978 , and on the Improvement Plans for said subdivision; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the said City and the developers ; and, WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was executed on behalf of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers , and improvement security was posted with the City; and WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the "Conditions of Approval" and the Subdivision Improve- ment Plans , NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and the same are hereby accepted, subject, however, to the posting of a Maintenance Bond in the amount of $15 ,000 for a period of two (2) years , and in form satisfactory to the City Attorney, and further subject to forthwith making safety improvements on Page Mill Road consisting of restriping the Page Mill Road/Country Way intersection and installing reflective bots dots for traffic islands and left turn lane .
