• • RESOLUTION NO. 1244 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1152. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, on September 6, 1978 the City Council adopted Resolution No. 1152 entitled "Resolution Approving Final Subdivision Map and Approving and Authorizing Execution of Subdivision Agreement; and, WHEREAS, included therein by inadvertance was the acceptance of an offer of dedication to public use of Chaparral Way as shown on the Final Subdivision Map for Tract No. 6355; and, WHEREAS, no public funds have been spent on Chaparral Way as shown on the Final Subdivision Map and no public improvements have been made thereon. NOW, THEREFORE IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Resolution No. 1152 be and it hereby is amended to read as follows : "WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the proposed Final Subdivision Map of LANDS OF GERARD INVESTMENT, LTD. and having determined that the said Map is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivision" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and, WHEREAS, the City Council having read and considered that certain Subdivision Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and ALAN G. LAMBERT, dba GERARD INVESTMENT, LTD. NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED, as follows: 1 . The City Council of the City of the Town. of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the above described Final Subdivision Map.
