t i w . RESOLUTION NO. 1243 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS FOR TRACT #5762, LANDS OF KOO. WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "LANDS OF K00", Tract #5762, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Tentative Checklist" of the said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their regular meeting of February 28, 1973, and amended by the City Council on March 3, 1976, and on the Improvement Plans for said sub- division; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers; and, WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, a Performance Bond was executed by a Savings Account in the amount of $102,235.00 and was posted with the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandums, dated August 10, 1979 and November 2, 1979, that he has inspected the site and that the improve- ments have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the Approved Checklist and the Subdivision Improvements Plans, as approved by the City Engineer in August, 1976.
