• • RESOLUTION NO. 1242 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF PRIVATE ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT BETWEEN BOB OWENS HOMES , INC. AND THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has read and considered that certain Private Road Maintenance Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and Bob Owens Homes , Inc. , a Corporation, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows : 1 . Public interest and convenience require the entering into of a Private Road Maintenance Agreement to provide for construction and maintenance of an unnamed private road, as a condition of approval of a Parcel Map entitled: "PARCEL MAP being a resubdivision of portion of Lot 5" Map of the subdivision of Lot 2 and Part of Lot 1 in the Taaffe Partition in the La Purissima Concepion" filed in Book "H" of Maps , at page 76 , Santa Clara County records" and the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approves the hereinabove described Private Road Maintenance Agreement. 2. The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into , and the Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them hereby is authorized and directed on be- half of said City, respectively, to execute and attest the Private Road Maintenance Agreement between the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills and BOB OWENS HOMES , INC. , a Corporation.
