411/ RESOLUTION NO. 1239 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN UNINHABITED TERRITORY DESIGNATED AS MAGDALENA 79-1 ANNEXATION TO THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, on September 12 , 1979 the Local Agency Formation Commission of the County of Santa, State of California, pursuant to a petition theretofore filed by the landowners for annexation pursuant to Part 2 of Title 4, Division 2 commencing with §35000 of the Government Code of California approved the annexation of the hereinafter described territory designated as Magdalena 79-1 to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and by Local Agency Formation Commission Resolution No. 79-159 directed the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills to initiate proceedings to annex said territory and further directed that such proceedings may be held without notice and hearing or without an election pursuant to 535221 of the Government Code; and WHEREAS, this Resolution has been prepared in conformance with §35221 of the Government Code, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, DETERMIND and ORDERED as follows : 1. The territory designated as the Magdalena 79-1 Annexation is located in the County of Santa Clara, State of California, is contiguous to the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills , and the boundaries are described in the real property description and map attached hereto marked Exhibits "A" and "B" , respectively. 2 .
