RESOLUTION NO. 1225 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILL ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, LANDS OF COSTELLO SUB- DIVISION, TRACT 6289. WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "LANDS OF COSTELLO", Tract 6289, the improvements being the sanitary sewer required to serve said subdivision, as set forth in the "Tentative Checklist" for the Tentative Map by the City Council on March 15, 1978, and on the improvement plans for said subdivision; and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the City Council , to execute that certain Subdivision Agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers: and, WHEREAS, a Subdivision Agreement was executed by the Mayor of the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, a Performance Bond was executed by a Time Certificate of Deposit in the amount of $27,720.00 and was posted with the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum, dated April 25, 1979, that he has inspected the site and that the sanitray sewer improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the Approved Checklist and the Subdivision Improvement Plans, as approved by the City Engineer on March 31, 1978. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and same are herby accepted. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 1st day of August, 1979.
