• 41-1 RESOLUTION NO. 1223 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, DECLARING ITS INTENT TO CONSIDER AN AMENDMENT TO THE GENERAL PLAN CONSISTING OF THE ADOPTION OF A SUBAREA PLAN ELEMENT AND SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State of California, has considered and recommended to the City Council that it approve and adopt an amendment to the Los Altos Hills General Plan to include a Subarea Plan Element therein; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has considered and recommended to the City Council that it approve the guidelines for the area surrounding Three Forks Lane as set forth in said Subarea Plan Element; and, WHEREAS, pursuant to Section 65355 of the Government Code of California, the City Council is required to hold at least one hearing on the proposed amendment prior to adopting the above-described Subarea Plan Element, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows: 1 . The City Council hereby declares its intention to consider the above- described amendment to the Los Altos Hills General Plan, and does hereby set the hour of 7:30 o'clock p.m. on Wednesday, August 1 , 1979, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for Public Hearing thereon. 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of said Public Hearing to be made by posting the Notice of Public Hearing, a copy of which marked Exhibit "A" attached hereto is incorporated herein by reference, in at least three public places in the Town, not less than ten (10) days prior to the day of hearing.
