Y-- • RESOLUTION NO. 1203 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS APPROVING FINAL PARCEL MAP FOR LANDS OF LENZEN AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT. RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council having examined the proposed Final Parcel Map of the LANDS OF LENZEN, and having determined that said Map is in conformity with the requirements of Chapter 4 entitled "Subdivisions" of Title 9 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code; and WHEREAS, the City Council having read and considered that certain Sub- division Agreement between the City of the Town ofLos Altos Hills; and, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED, as follows: 1 . The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby approved the above described Final Parcel Map and accepts on behalf of the public any streets, roadways, ways or easements offered for dedication and delineated on the Map, with the exception that the City Council rejects the offer of dedication for road purposes that portion of Campo Vists Lane as shown on Parcel 2 on the Final Parcel Map. 2. The Town of Los Altos Hills shall enter into and the Mayor and City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills be, and they and each of them are hereby authorized and directed on behalf of said City, respectively, to execute and attest the above-described Subdivision Agreement. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 16th day of May , 1979.
