RESOLUTION NO. 1161 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN IMPROVEMENTS, "RANCHO MANUELLA", TRACT NO. 5914 WHEREAS, certain improvements were required to be constructed as a condition of approval of the Final Subdivision Map, entitled "RANCHO MPlNUELLA", Tract No. 5914, the improvements being more particularly set forth in the "Tentative Check List", of the said subdivision, as recommended by the Planning Commission at their meeting of July 14, 1976, and amended by the City Council on July 21, 1976, and.on the-improvement plans for said subdivision and, WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills authorized the Mayor, on behalf of the said City Council, to excute that certain subdivision agreement between the Town of Los Altos Hills and the developers, A.R. Woolworth and Penny M. Woolworth; and WHEREAS, a subdivision agreement was excuted by the Mayor of the Town of Los Altos Hills on March 28, 1977; and, WHEREAS, a performance bond, dated March 18, 1977, was executed by The Hartford in the amount of $44,500.00 and was posted with the Town of Los Altos Hills; and, WHEREAS, the City Engineer has certified by memorandum, dated August 18, 1978, that he has inspected the site and that the improvements have been satisfactorily completed in accordance with the approved tentative check list and the subdivision improvement plans, as approved by the City Engineer on January 28, 1977. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills that said improvements be and same are hereby accepted. REGULARLY passed and adopted this 1st day of November , 1978.
