TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS <br /> NOTICE OF SITE DEVELOPMENT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING <br /> (FAST-TRACK) <br /> NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills, State <br /> of California, has set after the hour of 10:00 A.M. TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 2005 <br /> in the Council Chambers of Town Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, <br /> California, as the time and place for a Public Hearing on the application of: <br /> LANDS OF DIVATIA, 27101 Byrne Park Lane (139-03-ZP-SD); CEQA <br /> Status: exempt 15301 (e). A request for a Site Development Permit for a <br /> 1,705 square-foot addition to the existing 4,270 square foot single family <br /> residence. The proposal includes modification of the existing driveway <br /> and the garage (maximum height 18 feet) (staff-Brian Froelich). <br /> Project details are outlined on the reverse side of the notice. <br /> The file for the application is at the Office of the City Clerk at the Los Altos Hills Town <br /> Hall, 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California and may be reviewed at that <br /> location upon request. <br /> All interested persons may appear and be heard at said time and place.
