Altos Hills and to adopt a comprehensive set <br />of new and additional zoning and land use regu- <br />lations, respectively, concerning the maximum <br />height of structures in the R -A Residential - <br />Agricultural District has been commenced but <br />has not yet been completed and further time is <br />required within which to complete this study. <br />(b) There continues to be a current and immediate <br />threat to the public health, safety and wel- <br />fare necessitating a continuance of the regula- <br />tions set forth in Ord No. 292 for each of the <br />reasons, determinations or findings which are <br />set forth in Subsections (a) to (e), inclusive, <br />of Section 1 of Ord No. 292, each of which sub- <br />sections is incorporated into and made a part <br />of this Ordinance by reference, as though fully <br />set forth herein. <br />SECTION 2. EXTENSION. <br />Ordinance No. 292 as previously extended by Ord No. 295, be and <br />it hereby is further extended and continued for a period of one (1) <br />year to and including January 15, 1987. <br />SECTION 3. URGENCY AND EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance is an urgency ordinance and is for the immediate <br />preservation of the public peace, health and general welfare. The <br />facts constituting the urgency are these. <br />The City of the Town of Los Altos Hills has commenced but has <br />not yet completed a study to determine whether to amend its existing <br />zoning and land use regulations and to adopt a comprehensive set of <br />new and additional zoning and land use regulations, respectively, <br />concerning the maximum height of structures in the R -A Residential- <br />-9- <br />
