111 <br /> RESOLUTION No. 1101 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br /> THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS SETTING THE TIME AND <br /> PLACE OF HEARING ON THE PROPOSED CANCELLATION OF <br /> CONTRACTS UNDER THE WILLIAMSON ACT <br /> RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of the Town <br /> of Los Altos Hills, County of Santa Clara, State of Califor- <br /> nia, :.that <br /> WHEREAS, heretofore George Neary entered into contracts <br /> with the County of Santa Clara under the California Land <br /> Conservation Act of 1965 , as amended, also known as the. <br /> Williamson Act, relating to certain agricultural land identi- <br /> fied as <br /> dentifiedas Assessor's Parcel Nos . 336-22-010 , 336-25-001, 336- <br /> 27-001 and 336-42-010 , respectively, herein called "the <br /> Property" ; and <br /> WHEREAS , thereafter H. D. Perrett and Carol M. Perrett <br /> became the owners of the Property and the Property has been <br /> ordered annexed to the City of the Town of Los--Altos Hills; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, H. D. Perrett and Carol .M. Perrett have requested <br /> and petitioned that each of the contracts entered into pur- <br /> suant to the Williamson Act be cancelled; and <br /> WHEREAS , the City Council is required to conduct a public <br /> hearing upon the petition and request of a landowner for the <br /> cancellation of contracts entered into under the Williamson <br /> Act, <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED as follows : <br />
