P7- 111 • RESOLUTION NO. 1082 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS ACCEPTING CERTAIN EASEMEN']E ON BEHALF OF THE PUBLIC AND THE DEDICATION OF A PATHWAY RESOLVED, by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills , County of Santa Clara, State of California, that WHEREAS, the City Council at a meeting held on April 5, 1964, approved the final subdivision map entitled "TRACT NO. 3659 MATADERO HILLS" , which thereafter was recorded on April 27, 1964, in Book 177 of Maps at Pages 35 and 36 in the office of the County Recorder of Santa Clara County, California; and WHEREAS, at the time of approving the above described sub- division map, the City Council, as indicated by the City Clerk' s Certificate , did reject on behalf of the public all parcels of land offered for dedication to public use, including various ease- ments and a pathway, NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED AND DETERMINED as follows : 1. The public interest, welfare and convenience require that the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills accept the hereinafter described easements and a pathway offered for dedication. 2. The City Council hereby accepts on behalf of the public all easements for streets and portions of streets, public utilities, storm drainage, anchors, slopes, and equestrian trails offered for dedication and delineated on that certain subdivision map entitled "TRACT NO. 3659 MATADERO HILLS. "
