• • RESOLUTION NO. 1068 RESOLUTION OF THE CiTY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS, STATE OF CALIFORNIA, SETTING THE TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING ON A PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING MAP FOR THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS . WHEREAS, the Planning Commission is considering a proposed amendment to. the Zoning Map for the Town of Los Altos Hills consisting of the prezoning and inclusion in the Residential-Agricultural (R-A) District of the Property of Perrett, consisting of 9.09 acres, more or less, and being unincorporated ter- ritory adjoining the boundaries of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills on the south side of Prospect Avenue and adjacent to the westerly side of Stone- brook Road,. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS: I . The City Council does hereby set the hour of 7:30 O'Clock P.M., on Wednesday, October 5, 1977, in the Council Chambers, Town Hall , 26379 Fremont Road, Los Altos Hills, California, as the time and place for the public hearing thereon as required by the Government Code of California. 2. The City Clerk is hereby ordered and directed to cause notice of said Public Hearing to be made by posting in at least three (3)- public places in the Town not less than ten days prior to. the date of hearing, a Notice of Public Hearing. 3. The City Clerk is further ordered and directed to give notice of said Public Hearing (a) by first class mail to any person who has filed a. written request therefore; with the °City_of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and (b) by mail ordeliveryto all persons, including businesses, corporations or other public or private entities, shown on the last equalized assessment roll as owning real property within 300 feet of the property which is the subject of the proposed prezoning.
