ORDINANCE NO. 329 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS FURTHER <br />AMENDING CHAPTER 1 ENTITLED "ZONING' OF TITLE 10 OF <br />THE LOS ALTOS HILLS MUNICIPAL CODE BY AMENDING <br />SECTIONS 10-1.249 DEFINING A STRUCTURE, 10-1.601 CONCERNING <br />OFF-STREET PARKING FACILITIES, AND 10-1.702 DEFINING A <br />SECONDARY DWELLING; REPEALING SUBSECTION (k) CONCERNING <br />SECONDARY DWELLINGS, AND RELETTERING SUBSECTIONS (1) AND <br />(m), RESPECTIVELY, OF SECTION 10-1.703 THEREOF <br />The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Section 10-1.249 entitled "Structure" of Chapter 1 entitled "Zoning of <br />Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />Section 10-1.249. Structure. <br />"Structure" shall mean anything such as buildings, decks, swimming <br />pools, tennis courts, and patios, requiring construction or erection on the <br />ground. <br />SECTION 2. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Section 10.1.601 entitled 'Residential Uses" of Chapter 1 entitled <br />"Zoning" of Title 10 of the Los Altos Hills Municipal Code is hereby amended <br />to read as follows: <br />Section 10-1.601. Residential Uses. <br />Each dwelling shall provide surfaced off-street parking facilities for a <br />minimum of four (4) cars including garage or carport space. Each second <br />
