(7) <br />Particular attention will be given to any lot <br />whose net area is less than that necessary to <br />satisfy the formula of subparagraph (1) of <br />this subsection (b) when that formula is applied <br />to the lot individually. <br />SECTION 5. EFFECTIVE DATE.
