ORDINANCE NO. 262 <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ARTICLE 3 OF CHAPTER 4 ENTITLED <br />"SUBDIVISIONS" OF TITLE 9 OF THE LOS ALTOS HILLS <br />MUNICIPAL CODE BY ADDING SECTION 9-4.311 THERETO <br />The City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br />County of Santa Clara, State of California, DOES ORDAIN as follows: <br />SECTION 1. AMENDMENT OF CODE. <br />Article 3 of Chapter 4 0£ Title 9 0£ the Los Altos Hills <br />Municipal Code hereby is amended by adding thereto Section 9-4.311 <br />to read as follows: <br />SECTION 9-4.311. CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE; COUNCIL <br />APPROVAL REQUIRED. <br />The City Council shall approve, conditionally approve <br />or deny each application for issuance of a Certificate of <br />Compliance with the provisions of the Subdivision Map Act <br />of the State of California, and this Chapter, which is <br />filed with the City pursuant to Section 66499.35 of the <br />Government Code of California. The City Council, by <br />Resolution, may establish a fee to be paid by each <br />person filing such an application. <br />SECTION 2. POSTING; EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall be posted within the City of the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills in three (3) public places and shall become effective <br />thirty (30) days following its adoption. <br />ATTEST: By <br />Mayor <br />
