Except as hereby amended, said ordinance <br />No.78 shall continue and remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION IV, Being an urgency interim ordinance, adopted <br />pursuant to Section 65858 of the Government Code, this ordi- <br />nance shall be effective immediately upon its adoption, and <br />shall, unless previously extended, expire and be of no <br />further force and effect ninety days from the date of adoption. <br />SECTION V.
