r0 <br />charges herein established, the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />shall have the right to disconnect any and all connections <br />made or maintained contrary to the terms hereof. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any section, subsection, <br />sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for any reason <br />held to be invalid, such decision shall not affect the validity <br />of the remaining portions of this ordinance. The City Council <br />hereby declares it would have adopted the ordinance and each <br />section, subsection, sentence, clause of phrase thereof, irre- <br />spective of the fact that any one or more sections, subsections, <br />sentences, clauses or phrases be declared invalid. <br />SECTION 6. Posting and Effective Date. This ordinance <br />shall be posted in three public places within the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills, and shall become effective thirty (30) days <br />following its adoption. <br />The foregoing ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting <br />of the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on the 6th day <br />of May, 1968, and was thereafter, at a regular adjourned meeting <br />of said Council, held on the 23rd day of May, 1968, passed and <br />adopted by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Foule, Helgesson, Mayor Aiken <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ATTEST: <br />City Clerk <br />
