ORDINANCE NO. 146 <br />AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS AMENDING <br />ORDINANCE NO. 136 RELATING TO SANITARY DISPOSAL OF SEWAGE <br />THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS DOES <br />HEREBY ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: <br />SECTION 1. Ordinance No. 136 adopted by the City <br />h r.. <br />Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills on June 3, 1968, is <br />hereby amended as follows: <br />LA�ORIO & FAIBANT <br />(a) <br />Section <br />1(c) <br />is hereby deleted. <br />(b) <br />Section <br />18 is <br />hereby amended to read as <br />follows: <br />"SECTION 18. All private disposal systems shall <br />be pumped, for maintenance purposes, at least once every <br />four years. No person, firm or corporation shall undertake <br />or conduct any pumping operations whatever within the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills, without having in its possession a valid <br />license for such activity, such license having been previously <br />issued by the City Clerk of the Town of Los Altos Hills. Prior <br />to issuance of any such license, the licensee shall submit in <br />writing to the City Clerk a designation of the exact location <br />at which the licensee will dispose of sewage, a schedule of <br />the licensee's standard fees for services and an agreement <br />that the licensee will report to the Health Officer all pumpings <br />made during each month. The licensee shall also pay, in advance, <br />to the City Clerk, a license fee of $100.00. The place of dis- <br />posal of sewage shall be subject to approval of the Health <br />Officer. Each license issued shall be valid for a period of <br />one (1) year only, but may be renewed for additional one year <br />periods, upon payment of the annual $100.00 fee, and submission <br />of such additional information as the City Clerk may require. <br />-1- <br />
