%1r V40 <br />SECTION 3. <br />Nuisances. <br />Each violation of this <br />Ordinance <br />shall constitute <br />a public nuisance <br />and be subject to <br />abate- <br />ment as such. <br />SECTION 4. Penalties for Violation. Every person who <br />violates this Ordinance or suffers it to be violated shall <br />be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punishable by a fine <br />of not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment in the County Jail <br />for not to exceed six (6) months or by both such fine and <br />imprisonment. <br />SECTION 5. Severability. If any section, subsection, <br />paragraph, sentence, clause or phrase of this ordinance is for <br />any reason held to be unconstitutional or invalid, such decision <br />shall not affect the validity of the remaining portion of this <br />ordinance. The Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills hereby <br />declares that it would have passed this ordinance and each <br />section, subsection, paragraph, sentence, clause and phrase <br />thereof irrespective of the fact that any one or more sections, <br />subsections, paragraphs, sentences, clauses or phrases be <br />declared unconstitutional or invalid.' <br />SECTION 6. Urgency Measure. The City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills hereby finds and determines that an emergency <br />exists within said Town due to the hazards to life, limb and <br />property created by the operation of vehicles on private property <br />without the consent of the owners thereof, and that the public <br />health, safety and welfare require the enactment of the within <br />ordinance and the same is hereby adopted as an urgency measure <br />effective immediately upon adoption. <br />I-AOORIO S FAIRANT <br />
