within the General Fund of the Town of Los Altos Hills, to be <br />known as the Los Altos Basin Sewer Fund. All monies received <br />and held therein shall be used exclusively for the maintenance, <br />operation, repair, construction, acquisition of right-of-way, <br />and administration of sanitary sewer facilities which are either <br />in that portion of the Town of Los Altos Hills which naturally <br />drains by gravity toward the City of Los Altos, or which are <br />connected to and make use of the sanitary sewer facilities of <br />the City of Los Altos. This special fund shall continue in <br />existence until further action of the City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills. <br />SECTION 4. All ordinances or portions thereof in <br />conflict herewith are hereby repealed. <br />SECTION 5. This ordinance shall be posted in three (3) <br />public places in the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall become <br />effective thirty (30) days following its adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing ordinance was <br />introduced at a regular meeting of the City Council of the Town <br />of Los Altos Hills on March 2, 1970, and was thereafter, at a <br />regular meeting of said Council, held on March 16, 1970, passed <br />and adopted by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Councilmen Benson, Davey, Fowle, Helgesson, Mayor Aiken. <br />NOES: None. <br />ABSENT: None. <br />APPROVED: <br />ROSIN O.
