%W A a <br />performance of a contract for construction, repair or maintenance <br />of any public park, preserve or other public area, or structure <br />thereon, or agent or employee of such person. <br />C. MOTOR VEHICLE DEFINED. For purposes of this section, <br />a "motor vehicle" is defined as any vehicle which is self- <br />propelled. It includes, but is not limited to, automobiles, <br />trucks, jeeps, motorcycles, motor scooters, motor driven <br />bicycles, beach buggies and amphibious craft or vehicles. <br />SECTION III. VIOLATION. <br />Any person or entity violating any provision of this <br />Ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction <br />thereof may be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred <br />Dollars ($500.00) or by imprisonment for not more than six (6) <br />months in any jail or commitment facility used by the Town of <br />Los Altos Hills, or by both such fine and imprisonment. Each <br />day any such violation exists shall be deemed to be a separate <br />offense. <br />SECTION IV. SEVERABILITY. <br />If any section, subsection, clause, phrase or sentence of <br />this Ordinance be declared, for any reason, invalid or <br />unconstitutional, by any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this <br />Ordinance. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and <br />each section, subsection, clause, phrase, and sentence thereof, <br />regardless of the fact that any one or more other sections, <br />subsections, clauses, phrases, and sentences thereof were declared <br />invalid or unconstitutional. <br />SECTION V. PUBLICATION, EFFECTIVE DATE. <br />This Ordinance shall be posted in three (3) public places <br />within the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall become effective <br />ROSIN D.
