v r <br />or sentence of this Ordinance be declared, for any reason, <br />invalid or unconstitutional, by any court of competent jurisdiction, <br />such decision shall not affect the remaining portions of this <br />Ordinance. The City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills <br />hereby declares that it would have passed this Ordinance and <br />each section, subsection, clause, phrase, and sentence thereof, <br />regardless of the fact that any one or more other sections, <br />subsections, clauses, phrases, and sentences thereof were <br />declared invalid or unconstitutional. <br />SECTION IV This Ordinance is adopted pursuant to the <br />Planning Act of the State of California and following noticed <br />public hearings by the Planning Commission and the City Council <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills. It shall be posted in three (3) <br />public places within said Town and shall become effective <br />thirty (30) days following its adoption. <br />I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Ordinance was introduced <br />at a regular meeting of City Council of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills on the 18th day of May, 1970, and was thereafter, at a <br />regular meeting of said Council, held on the 1st day of June, 1970, <br />passed and adopted by the following roll call vote: <br />AYES: Councilman Aiken, Davey, Grabowski, Helgesson, Mayor Henson <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />R0BIN O.
