All other businesses 50.00 " <br />b) A new SECTION XXVIII is hereby added to read as <br />follows: <br />"SECTION XXVIII HOME OCCUPATIONS Every home <br />occupation permitted and conducted pursuant to the <br />terms of the zoning ordinance of the Town of Los Altos <br />Hills shall be deemed a business for purposes of this <br />ordinance, and shall be subject to all of the provisions <br />hereof, and, unless such business falls within one of the <br />specific categories of SECTION XIX of this ordinance, the <br />annual license tax for each such business shall be the <br />sum of $35.00. The keeping or stabling, whether or not <br />for profit, of horses not owned by the owner or person <br />entitled to possession and use of the premises upon which <br />such horses are kept or stabled, shall constitute a home <br />occupation for purposes of this ordinance, provided that <br />the annual license tax shall be $35.00 for the first two <br />horses normally kept, plus $2.00 for each of the next ten <br />kept, <br />horses normally/ and an additional $1.00 for each horse <br />in excess of twelve; provided, however, that nothing herein <br />shall be deemed to except such keeping and stabling of horses <br />from any and all other applicable ordinances and regulations <br />of the Town of Los Altos Hills." <br />SECTION II Except as hereby amended, Ordinance No. 64 <br />as amended shall be and remain in full force and effect. <br />SECTION III This ordinance shall be posted in three <br />public places within the Town of Los Altos Hills and shall <br />-2 <br />
