RESOLUTION NO. 1063 • RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF THE TOWN _OF • LOS ALTOS HILLS DECLARING THE INTENTION OF SAID CITY TO • • VACATE AND ABANDON A CERTAIN EASEMENT LOCATED IN THE CITY: OF THE TOWN OF LOS ALTOS HILLS UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF • THE "PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS VACATION LAW" , SE.CTION 50430 , ' ET SEQ. , GOVERNMENT CODE It appearing' to the City Council of the City of the Town of Los Altos Hills that a certain Sanitary Sewer, Emergency- Access, Scenic and Pathway -and 'Purissima Hills County Water District easement :located within a."portion of. Lot 7,, as shown on the Sub- division Map entitled "Tract No . 5762", should be vacated and . abandoned for the reason that said easement is unnecessary for present or prospective. public purposes , and that the best interests of the citizens ' of Los Altos Hills will be served by such vacation • and abandonment; • And, pursuant to' the provisions, of the "Public Service Ease- ments Vacation Law, Section 50,430 , et seq. , Government Code, such action is authorized , if- said easement . is unnecessary for present or prospective public use; • NOW, THEREFORE, BE ,IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the .City -of the Town of LOS Altos Hills as follows: 1. The City. Council . does hereby declare its 'intention to vacate and abandon that certain .easement described -in Exhibit "A" attached. hereto and incorporated herein- by reference. - 2 . A hearing on said proposed vacation -and ,abandonment of said easement hereinabove described, and the same is hereby fixed for Wednesday, Oc,tober. 5., 1977 , at the hour of 7 : 30 o 'clock P.M.
