2. Not .less . than the prevailing rate of perLdiem wages hereto- fore established and determined by the Town of. Los Altos Hills shall be paid for any work =proposed .to be performed in the performance of said public work under 'Said plans -and specifications. 3. The City Clerk of the ,Town of Los Altos Hills is hereby di- rected to post in three . (3) public places ' in. the Town of Los Altos Hills that have. been •designated by ordinance as the places .for post- ing public notices, a notice inviting sealed .proposals or bids for - the construction. of said work and improvement and referring' to the plans and specifications on file in the ,office of the City Clerk, at least ten (10) days prior to the time fixed for opening bids . 4. .
