RESOLUTION NO. 899 RESOLUTION ORDERING REDUCTION ON ASSESSMENT NUMBER 817, SEWER ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 9 WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills levied certain assessments on lots, pieces and parcels of land, as shown on that certain assessment diagram entitled "Sewer Assessment District NO. 5", approved by the aforesaid Council on December 16, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets on December 17, 1968; and WHEREAS, the said assessment diagram was filed with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California on December 18, 1968, and recorded in Book 5 of Maps of Assessment Districts, at page 101; and WHEREAS, Lot 19 of Tract 3659 was included within the said as- sessment diagram, assigned assessment number 62, and an assessment in the amount of $2800.00 was levied on the above mentioned lot; and WHEREAS, said levy of $2800.00 included acquisition of disposal rights and rights of service and use in existing sanitary sewerage disposal facilities in the City of Palo Alto; and WHEREAS, the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills levied certain assessments on lots, pieces and parcels of land as shown on that certain assessment diagram entitled "Sewer Assessment District No.9", approved by the aforesaid Council on August 2, 1971, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets on August 18, 1971; and WHEREAS, the said assessment diagram was filed with the County Recorder of the County of Santa Clara, State of California On August 18, 1971, and recorded in Book 10 of Maps of Assessment Districts, at page 64; and WHEREAS, Lot 19 of Tract 3659 was included within the said assess- ment diagram, assigned assessment number 817, and an assessment in the amount of $281.50 was levied on the above mentioned lot; and WHEREAS, said levy of $281.50 included acquisition of capacity and disposal rights and the right of service and use in sanitary sewerage • collection, transmission, treatment, outfall and disposal facilities of the City of Palo Alto, on behalf of the properties within the proposed assessment district; and
