S <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 890 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF LOS <br /> ALTOS HILLS ORDERING THE PERFORMANCE OF CERTAIN WORK <br /> RESOLVED., by the City Council of the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> County of . Santa .Clara, State of California, that <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council did this day approve and adopt plans <br /> and specifications for certain work in the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> to wit: <br /> Plans for the improvement of East Branch of Barron Creek, <br /> Town of Los. Altos Hills <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor <br /> Code of the State of California, the Town of Los Altos Hills has\, <br /> established and determined the prevailing rate of per diem wages for <br /> public work to be performed in the Town of Los Altos Hills, <br /> NOW,. THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY FOUND, ORDERED and DETERMINED as <br /> follows: <br /> 1. Public interest and convenience require the performance of <br /> such workand_ said City Council hereby orders that the work and improve- <br /> ment, as set forth and described in said plans and specifications, be <br /> done and made. Said City Council does further order that all said work <br /> andimprovement will be done under the direction of the City Engineer <br /> of the Town of Los Altos Hills, and all said work and all the materials <br /> used in connection therewith shall be furnished under the direction of <br /> and to the satisfaction of said City Engineer., and all said work shall <br /> be done at the locations shown upon said plans and specifications and <br /> strictly in accordance therewith. . <br />
